Privacy Policy

1. Information we process

Account information. When you create or access a Lets Gen Account, we process your name, email address, profile image when supplied, authentication records, and account settings. Lets Gen uses one-time email links and supported social providers rather than password authentication.

Google or Discord sign-in. If you select Continue with Google or Continue with Discord, the selected provider shares the account information permitted by the OAuth consent flow, such as your name, email address, and profile image when available. We use it to create or access your Lets Gen Account, keep you signed in, and associate your activity with that Account. We do not sell provider account data or use it for advertising.

Product content. We process Characters, Character drafts, Conversations, messages, voice-call transcripts, uploaded media, generated media, public creations, comments, likes, bookmarks, follows, reports, and related review records to provide the features you choose.

Purchases and subscriptions. When you buy Gems or subscribe to a paid feature, we receive purchase, entitlement, and transaction references from the relevant payment provider. Payment providers process card or storefront payment details; Lets Gen does not store full payment card numbers.

Security and technical information. Authentication sessions may include IP address and user-agent information. We also receive ordinary request, device, and service information needed to secure, operate, troubleshoot, and prevent abuse on the site and mobile app.

Limited product analytics. We collect a bounded set of product events, such as a route view or a creation workflow state, with allowlisted properties such as route, workflow, status, and Gem count. Client session identifiers are hashed before storage, and product analytics events are designed to expire after 90 days.

2. How we use information

• Provide, personalize, and maintain Lets Gen, including Character discovery, Conversations, voice replies, Creative Studio, Gems, notifications, and account recovery.
• Authenticate Accounts, send one-time email sign-in links, complete Google or Discord sign-in, and protect the service from fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
• Process purchases and subscriptions, maintain Gem balances, apply entitlements, and resolve payment or billing events.
• Review, moderate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Characters, user content, generated media, and the service.
• Meet legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service, respond to requests, and protect the rights and safety of users and other people.

3. How information is shared

We share information with service providers that help us host, authenticate, deliver email, process payments, store files, provide AI inference or media generation, and monitor service reliability. These providers receive only the information needed for the requested function and must protect it under their applicable terms and privacy commitments.

Depending on the feature, providers may include Cloudflare for hosting, storage, database, email, and edge services; Google and Discord for social sign-in; Stripe and mobile storefront or subscription providers for payments; and reviewed AI, speech, transcription, or media providers for requested outputs. Public Characters and approved public creations are visible to other visitors as described in the product.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use information received from Google or Discord for targeted advertising. We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to a valid legal process, or to protect users, the service, or the public.

4. Cookies and local storage

Lets Gen uses essential cookies and similar storage for authentication, security, and session continuity. The web app may also use browser session or local storage for limited product state, such as a temporary analytics session identifier or a dismissed daily-reward prompt. You can control cookies through your browser, but disabling essential storage may prevent sign-in or other features from working.

5. Public content and third-party links

If you publish a Character or creation, the information you choose to publish may be visible to visitors and may be included in public pages, search results, or shared links. Keep private information out of public prompts, Character profiles, comments, and uploads.

Lets Gen may link to Google, Discord, payment providers, AI providers, or other third-party services. Their own privacy policies apply when you use those services.

6. Retention and your choices

We retain Account information and private product content for as long as needed to provide the service, keep records accurate, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal or payment obligations. Some features let you delete Conversations, Characters, uploads, or generated outputs from your Account. Deletion may leave limited security, billing, moderation, or legal records where retention is required.

You can stop Google or Discord sign-in by disconnecting or no longer using that provider to access your Account. You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing noreply@letsgen.app. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where the law or a legitimate security, billing, or safety need requires it.

7. Security and changes

We use access controls, scoped service bindings, signed media delivery, encrypted transport, and other reasonable safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update means the updated policy applies to future use.
